The Texas bluebonnet grows just like a normal plant. But something you may not know is that they are actually poisonous if ingested! The Texas Bluebonnet starts out as a seed, grows into a sapling, and then a flower eventually. 


Care

The Texas bluebonnet is illegal to pick because it is the state flower and as I said it is a poisonous plus if you pick it you are harming not only the state flower you are also harming a Texas monument.
