Why?

Water is vital to your body. It helps your organs function and hydrates your entire body. Water also majorly helps with digestion. If you do not drink enough water, your health and weight could suffer badly. 


Water prevents constipation and keeps the bowel of your body moving. Water assists your body in processing fiber. Staying hydrated also eliminates toxins from your body. Toxins damage your gut. Also, if you drink more water, you could lose weight from all the urine. But only if you want to lose weight and are overweight. Also, drinking water simply feels good. 


How Much?

You should be drinking 2 liters or about half a gallon of water every day for the best health.
