Today's Topic: Sleep

Intro

So I'm going to tell you about sleep. The normal amount of sleep time is 8-9 hours. Also after a long day playing working and doing other things in the day, our bodies need to take a break. And sleeping is part of that break.

What we do

You may not even notice but you do a lot of things when you are sleeping too. For example, while we sleep you will dream you can learn more in my dreams post. You can also start walking while you are sleeping. And you can talk also talk this process is called sleepwalking. Also if you miss 1 day of sleep you can have mood swings. Miss more and you will actually start seeing things.
